Shipping And Exchange policy

This Shipping and Exchange Policy ("Policy") is part of the Terms of Service and governs the delivery and exchange of digital products and software development services provided by RGTS Software Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "We" or "Us"). By purchasing or using our products or services, the client ("You" or "Client") agrees to the terms outlined below.

Scope
This Policy applies to all software development services, custom-coded solutions, digital products, scripts, automation tools, websites, mobile applications, SaaS access, and any other digital deliverables provided by the Company. No physical products are sold or shipped.

Delivery of Digital Products
(a) All products and services are delivered digitally.
(b) Delivery may be completed through:

Email
Download link
Cloud or code repository access (GitHub, Bitbucket, Google Drive, etc.)
Client portal or account login
Server deployment where applicable

(c) Delivery timelines depend on the project scope, development schedule, and payment terms.
(d) In cases of automated delivery systems for software licenses or subscriptions, digital access may be instant or take up to 24 hours after successful payment.

No Physical Shipment
The Company does not provide physical shipment, packaging, courier services, or postal delivery. All deliverables are electronic in nature.

Exchange Policy
(a) Due to the non-returnable and intangible nature of digital products, the Company does not offer product or service exchanges.
(b) Once development has begun or any portion of the deliverable has been provided, it cannot be exchanged, replaced, or modified in place of another product or service.
(c) Delivered source code, scripts, builds, configurations, and licenses cannot be swapped for alternative products or future credits.

Non-Transferability
All delivered digital products, access credentials, and software licenses are issued exclusively to the purchasing client and may not be transferred, shared, leased, resold, or assigned to any third party unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Support and Modifications
(a) The Company may provide technical support, minor corrections, and bug fixes according to the agreed service scope or maintenance contract.
(b) Any request outside the original scope, including enhancements or feature changes, will be treated as a new project and may incur additional charges.

Client Responsibility
The Client is responsible for ensuring:Accurate delivery details (email, domain, server login, etc.)
Secure storage of received files and credentialsNotifying the Company if access is not received within 24 hours of expected delivery
